Sorry, but your logic totally escapes me. How does someone moving their shares from their margin account to a cash account keep them from selling them, as your original post states? How does moving your shares from your margin account to your cash account hurt you if you are long the stock? I agree the WSJ article was pathetic, in their attempt to discredit Maurice. I also infer by your message that you'd have no problem if this was all done in secrecy, but that because Maurice is doing it openly he should be in prison? What legal basis are you using for saying that what is being proposed is illegal? What stock were you involved in that shows IT DOES NOT WORK? The charts posted here from Rambus seem to show it squeezes the shorts quite nicely... If you are looking for a selfish moron, go back to the A&P thread, or try the mirror. DWB
