Let's do a comparison of Brocade and QLogic/Ancor.

Head Count: Brocade 250 QLogic/Ancor 550

Assets: Brocade 100 million Qlogic/Ancor 325 million

Yearly Revenues; Brocade 140 million? Qlogic/Ancor 220 million

Market Cap; Brocade 11 Billion Qlogic/Ancor 5 billion.

P/E Ration Brocade 970 QLogic/Ancor 100 (approx)

Wow, now we can see how overvalued Brocade is. The street will pick up on this real quickly (I
think they already are), when they see that Brocade and QLogic/Ancor have similar growth rates
going forward. QLogic/Ancor can address 94% of the FC market whereas Brocade only
addresses 54%. Qlogic/Ancor has its tentacles in other business so if FC doesn't pan out we are
not dead meat (SCSI for QLogic and IB for QLogic/Ancor). Qlogic/Ancor has a healthier
balance sheet, much more resources, a bigger sales force, better revenues, better earnings, and a
much broader suite of products, yet we are priced at half of Brocade's worth?

There definitely has to be a closing of the gap here.
