That in and of itself is proof of nothing with regard to abusiveness. Nor is it a reason to take the boy away from his father. You continually cite this but it has no practical meaning in the life of this child with regard to his being oppressed or abused. His parents had always provided for him and they, now thinned to the single parent Juan, should be allowed to continue.
