Yes, NT and a few others. They were "grandfathered" in. They have a policy of not adding foreign companies anymore since they have global S and P indices--as they do with the S and P 60 in Canada.

In case you were asking---is JDSU a Canadian company?
Not anymore as the controlling interest rests in the US after the Uniphase and JDS merger.

Here is the site where they provide all kinds of information including eligibility for inclusion as well as policies on foreign stocks.
