Probably... Let's face it.. They have finally after a long time, been releasing some tangible news that shows that things are improving.. With low valuation there are opp. if BT can convince the street that things have turned around. It is easier for new money to come in because old money has been beaten into ground... I am not going to add because I can find things to buy all over the map but wait and see...
