I agree, when everyone expects it it aint happening. All the bulls are thinking"Hey the PPI aint so bad, if CPI aint so bad when fed raises my CMGI will be back at 200" Hecck GO LONG 100 CMGI MARGIN!!!!!! I contend that rallies will still be sold, and fed will speak to keep markets subdued in order NOT TO HAVE TO KEEP RAISING DUE TO WEALTH EFFECT. I still think CPI will be bad because PPI has not been passed through to consumers for a whille, and now its payback time.
As with the bigger labor cost componenet and the disparity between Retail and wholsale gas prices. Heck oil prices have ticked back up again, so the reduction in PPI was temporary. Wasnt that their assumption when gas was going the other way
on Bubblevision???
