Tito & All, I'm sure you've been keeping up with the Blood thread and I have been also (trying to).....Sam appears to be worried about the current relationship between [our beloved] Semi-Equips and their Customers, the Chip makers and has noted that the Chip business is Very Tough, Competition is Intense and they must spend alot just to stay in the game. Well, I think where he is headed with this is that in a free market, like ours, if something is terribly overpriced, Americans get very, very innovative....say for a simple analogy.....If beef prices at the Grocery Store went up to $20/lb, the demand for chicken and pork would sky rocket, because we would all eat less Beef. I guess the problem with this analogy is we have easy alternatives, whereas the Chip Makers don't at this time.....however, if the Conditions under which they operate were to get totally impossible (backs to the wall)...possibly the semi-equips would offer more pricing flexibility or other concessions.......I'm just trying to make some sense of the concerns and maybe get some discussion going, [since our stock is now becoming universally adored]...
