Deeber, A few flaws in your logic(?)... ITS CALLED MANIPULATION! Colluding together for the means of harming short shareholder to move the stock upwards in an unfair manner. 1) The word colluding means to act fraudulently and secretively (look it up). All of this has been as open as can be... heck the WSJ and CNNfn are reporting it.. and the shorts have plenty of time to get out, although the clock is ticking..... And how could you prove that any investor moved their stock on the basis of this "coordination", vs. their own timing? 2) Shorts, by definition, are not shareholders for the shares they are short. They've already sold them. Therefore, any action such as the one being discussed wouldn't impact shareholders unfairly, since that doesn't include shorts. 3) Whose definition of "fair" are you using? Anthony's? DWB
