AMD's convertible bonds are selling at a premium: 244.80 (which is actually $2,448.00 per $1,000.00 face value).

Each is convertible to 27.027 shares * $88 = $2,378.38

The bonds now trade like the stock with a slight premium for the interest which is only 2.5% of the current value (6% on the face value).
