Mr. Kivolowitz, of course Prude downgraded. Otherwise, why would I have asked why Prude downgraded?! I would suggest that you spend a day or two in front of a computer getting to know the Web. It is an incredible resource for investors. You may want to start by paying the minimal fee for Quote.com, which gives you lots of resources like information on earnings revisions and insider trading, as well as charts and delayed quotes, not to mention news. Anyway, I would like to return to the real issue: Does anyone know why Prude downgraded? Happy investing! Vanni
