George, i think we're on the cusp of a playable move up in gold...i remember well that when the dollar got smashed the last time, the same thing happened: gold was just sitting there, while the XAU began to move higher. then we had that absolutely stunning move following the Washington agreement. something similar is about to happen imo...be patient. we don't need a total systemic collapse to get it moving. remember, every day the supply/demand deficit takes a little more physical metal out of the system. this is even more true of the silver market, as i have frequently mentioned here. regards, hb
