Kaiser's latest report came out yesterday. He said this:

"A few I have called sells because it is unlikely they will get funding in a bear market. These include Challenger, Goldbrook, Heritage, Patrician, Rio Amarillo and Sterling Pacific."

I guess he prepared this before their announcement. I'm sure that in next month's newsletter he'll have a special mention of RIO since he was very keen on them in previous newsletters.
