I am saying a judge is entitled to his opinion, (you call it bias)that opinion will incline him one way or another.

Justice is blind but not deaf and dumb.

PS - in reality most judges write their judgements based on the briefs that have been filed on the case. When the actual trial, case or motion is heard they have already made up their mind.
