BTW I believe your statement re an increase in the float is in error. Even if INFR shareholders receive .50 shs of egan for each INFR share the respective current floats are not even. INFR has about 9 mil shs out including options and EGAN is over 30 mil I believe. So if we approximate the egan float at 3 times as large as INFR and a max of .50 shs of egan for each sh of infr then only 4.5 mil new shs would be issued which would increase the float by about 15%. ( 30 mil to 34,500,000 ).This is probaly the max we will get and most likely somewhat less so impact of the conversion will not be very big. Feel free to correct me if this is in error.
