ALA have a downright lousy record of managing her acquistions. The personels of the acquired usually can't cope with the heavy-handed approach of ALA, ie. parachute in one of ALA colonial officers to run the acquired unit. The culture gap across the pond are glaring. Just ask ex-employees of Extreme, Castle, etc. I personally know a few of NN people who bailed or packing their parachute right now. This is good news for NT, since NN is just down the street from NT, a lot of ex-NN do end up in NT.
