VARL is dirt-cheap here. No matter what complaint folks have, it is cheap on a fundamental analysis - dilution and all.

While it is frustrating to have folks parade all these "negatives" around, and around again, an investor must focus on the value of the business. Do not allow the current noise to make decisions for you.
