Why is Airbomb.com different?

Below are some excerpts of a speech by Airbomb Director Dennis Higgs to a group of investors at a recent trade show.

Airbomb.com is in the business of retailing sporting goods, specifically bicycles, outdoor sporting equipment and sunglasses, through the Internet.

Why is Airbomb.com different?

1. Strategic alliances; Airbomb.com has a "strategic alliance" with one of the largest bicycle manufacturers in Asia. (Yuh Jiun Industrial Co. Limited, Taipei, Taiwan, and Asama Enterprises Corporation.)

2. Private labeling; Airbomb.com distributes its own "airbomb" line of products, which are products acquired at a significant discount from established manufacturers and labeled with the company's "airbomb" private label or co-branded.

3. Factory direct; Airbomb.com markets products acquired from a variety of suppliers at discount prices, typically direct from the manufacturers.

4. The Company markets its products through e-mail "specials" every week. The company initiates weekly "specials" comprised of manufacturers' overruns, end of season clearance, inventory clearance or other special deals the company has arranged with suppliers. Items are either sold as a stand alone special or "bundled" with another item. The specials and bundled offers provide the buyer with a "deal" not available elsewhere, and motivates him to consult the website on a regular basis.

The Company has four websites/stores. The primary marketing of bicycles, bicycle components and outdoor sporting equipment is conducted at www.airbomb.com ; sunglass sales are conducted at www.sunbomb.com ; and cycling products are marketed in Canada at store.airbomb.com. The fourth website is a secure, password-protected site for wholesale transactions (https://www.5click.com/fcLive/airbomb_supplier/index.cfm).

Airbomb.com has a powerful group of Directors and Officers that include David Grossman, Ron Erickson, John McCutcheon, and Cecil Spearman.

The shares trade on the Canadian Venture Exchange ("CDNX") under the symbol "AIR". The Company is re-domiciling to Delaware and expects to file its 10SB with the SEC later this month. Once this is 'cleared' then Airbomb.com has reserved the symbol "AIRR" for the U.S. markets. It is apparently quoted on the pink sheets now under the symbol "ABOMF".

I believe that the Airbomb.com 'story' is unique and a good one, especially with a market capitalization of under US$ 5 million. People buy products over the internet for selection, convenience, and price. Price is the important factor. Selling products direct from the manufacturers to the consumers at wholesale prices or less, or private labelling of the products, allows Airbomb.com customers huge price advantages over everybody else, including the manufacturers. (They can't undercut the pricing of their
established retail distributors.)
