Did'nt Colin Powell say that he wants "mandatory charity work" or social service work for high school kids or something along those lines? And this is a man who could have been elected president of the United States! So, I'm afraid that we are ever inching closer to the type of society that you would not want to live in.
On the old Prodigy Classic bulletin boards, I used to fight that way of thinking all the time, back when so many were getting excited about the possibility of Powell running for president. Yogi
