Olga, To upgrade the bios, doesn't really matter what your operating system is. What I mean--boot your computer with a system disk floppy(system disk can be win95,98 or dos) at the A prompt, insert the disk that contains your bios upgrade program and upgrade. Make sure you have the bios upgrade on the floppy where the upgrade program is. Also, read the directions that came with your motherboard very carefully. You can really screw up your computer if done incorrectly. The four floppies for win2000, are simply a repair set for restoring win2000.
