He makes "your skin crawl", wow! You are certainly not being emotional about him..... LOL!
Nothing emotional about it. A purely visceral reaction. I've seen and met his type, and won't waste time on them. He has no bearing, no importance, in any way on this case.

OK- on to business.
I did not cop out. Too often what has happened here is an attempt to change the focus, to alter a fact, to divert.

OK- I'll have to work with this for a minute to make it comparable--
here we are: this German woman and her lover, (known by many as die Verrucktmensch) take her child, without the knowledge of his natural father, and attempt to escape E. Berlin by climbing the wall. Now we can't have her shot-- no no-- no one shot Elizabeth. so----how about she gets to the top and, having tried to do this without proper climbing equipment- falls on her head, and in his attempt to grab her arm, the lover falls on top of her and breaks his neck. Here is Little Hans, on the top of the wall, alone. Luckily a West Berliner is passing by, in search of an all night streudel shop, and notices something on the wall.
"Jump!" he cries and Little Hans falls into his arms.
The next day, the father discovers his son is missing and demands his son back. Indeed, he comes to W. Berlin and insists on it.
I think Little Hans should go back to his father, yes.
