Is the knowing of your preference based on taste? Imagine the flavours sliced on some crusty bread, do you moisten your palette first or after crunching down? I believe the cow needs less concern. You can just break a chunk off, rip the bread in two and make a baguette-wich. The goat you must carefully slide a knife through. :-][
