You are right Dan, this is the ultimate "good news" everyone is waiting for,

True, the resource market is not cashed up and it is hard to get it's attention, but at some point, this will become to real to ignore.
I think the biggest problem, specifically to Cadre, is that there is no marketing efforts and there never has been. The two issues that are being addressed now, is marketing and raising the next million for the bankable feasibility.
Either one of these, in my opinion, will move this stock significantly higher.
It's been a long haul, but most recently, I have seen consistent progress towards what looks like it will be a very viable project. This, to me, is more important then the share price. Eventually, it will follow.
