Yes good point.

But that only amounts to 18 million shares
of COMS to purchase, even weak upward pressure didn't
start until the tax approval letter was
received. So I just don't see where the arbs have
had an impact on COMS.

Just wondered if there was another brand of arb play
(that would be a new one to me) the writer of the recent article was referring to.
