My point, as a shareholder, is if this dilution continues I'm going to walk... The shareholders are currently being raped...Insiders are lining their pockets at the owners expense. Investing 101 would direct us to walk carefully here. A red flag is up. Robert Shelden is, IMO, a very knowledgeable poster on this company but nonetheless dilution in this manner (as opposed to dilution for splitting or for acquisitions) is always destructive to the shareholders. I'll wait one more quarter for signs of improvement. Everything should be done with an eye towards increasing the value of our stock... Is it happening here? NOT!.... Just one mans opinion.
