I suppose this information has been out for quite a while, but I sure don't remember anyone pointing out its significance. It removes one of the potential cost risks from AMD. So rambus boards use the same number of pins as DDR, do they use the same number of traces on the motherboard? One of the DDR reference boards from Micron is a 4 layer board, does anyone know if there are any 4 layer rambus boards? Regards, Dan
