Earnings will be released at 7:30AM EST on the 13th - per CFO Steve Burke. Price still does not reflect the "whisper numbers" on this board! Guess the problem is the lawsuit. Steve stated they want to resolve the issue outside of the courts and got a 30 day extention to discuss the matter with BD. Steve feels the strong Quidel balance sheet is a positive but legal fees could run into millions; not something they want. July 29 is the annual meeting; anyone going to it? Joe
