Actually, I used an average of 12 128Mb chips each W/S and Desktop. We're both just guessing, though. <g>

More interesting is the article surkla just posted. An excerpt:

Samsung is producing 2 million 128 Mbit Rambus chips monthly and will maintain that level for the rest of this year. Hyundai is preparing to follow suit. Samsung estimates that it now has 50% of the Rambus market but sees that share slipping to 40% later this year as rivals like Hyundai and Micron enter production.

How many chips to you get for the year? ( Don't forget to add in PSX2).
