An excerpt: Samsung is producing 2 million 128 Mbit Rambus chips monthly and will maintain that level for the rest of this year. Hyundai is preparing to follow suit. Samsung estimates that it now has 50% of the Rambus market but sees that share slipping to 40% later this year as rivals like Hyundai and Micron enter production.
