LGOV has filed it's amended 10KSB, re-listing should occur reasonably soon. Company has 13 licenses from Beijing to import/export/distribute LPG, telecom, cell services, internet, water filtration, etc. throughout all of China. Likely to make HRCT and EDIG look like flashes in the pan.
(+)0.20 pop on Friday, much more to come. Formerly $3.90, before BOZO-grade accountants/attorneys got crosswise with the SEC for dawdling and trial-by-error attempts at filings. (Don't you just love "..wannabe's.."!!)
