John, AFCI is also mentioned in the same Barrons article. But remember:

AFCI's PE is a lot higher than 14 if you don't count one time items. With ALSC, you've got to consider their big tax liability if they sell their investments.

I'm long both so I'm pleased as pink about the article, but things are not quite as good as they seem.
