If you would allow him to decide who to stay with, would you have someone appointed by the Court attempt to explain to him Uncle Lazaro's alcohol problems, or the inability of his male cousins to assimilate sufficiently (having been brought up by another Uncle) to avoid arrests for armed robbery? How can this be meaningfully explained to a 6 year old?
