Joe,

Good to hear from you. I am doing just fine, thanks.

I hope Martin Whitman is right in his assessment of future performance. In my book, FSII has a lot to prove. I was a loyal follower for nearly 4 years, but at the moment, I have no holdings in FSII.

I bought the stock in June 1996 for $13 per share. Yesterday - guess what - it closed at $13 per share. Some money could have been made in trading FSII during that nearly 4 year period, but for a long term investor - like me if I still owned it - it has been "dead money". I could have gone out in my back yard and buried the money 4 years ago and then gone out and dug it up yesterday - I would have been ahead because I would have saved the commissions from buying and selling the shares.

Anyway, do you get the idea I am a little "peeved".<VBG> But, I have to own up to it - it is nobody's fault but my own. I learned a good lesson on FSII. I will never repeat that mistake again.

FSII just has to "get with it". It is incredible to me, that in the present recovery environment of the semi-equip market of the past months, they are still projecting a loss of $0.44 for the FY closing in August.

Best wishes to you.

Don W.
