Dave thanks for ANOTHER positive note on the thread and on E-mail. The response to my open forum to air out any problems has been darn near 9 positive to very 1 negative. I think you are right in everything you said. It's quite clear you have a very good grasp on this art. It goes to show that managing risk is an important part of the equation. The negative mail was almost non existent verses the positive. It makes me feel good it came in that way. I surmised it would. I also got to know some of the thread a little better and some I thought I knew, I came to the realization I did not. Thanx Dave for taking the time to express yourself in a long post. We will continue to strive to make the reports and service better. Tom
