Doug, This "Low-Rank Coal-Water Fuel" is a paper tiger at the moment. One would have to go through a sufficiently large "beta" project to prove positive the concept. It looks like there will be some engineering problems to solve before they can show that it technically works and also prove that it is cost effective. I do not know how much the "beta" project would cost, but they would need some deep pockets. I would suspect if the technology makes sense a coal or oil company would be happy to fund the project...not you and I as investors. <g> Joan
