Cramer fails to mention two variables that were practically not in existence in 94, the Internet and true Global economy. Of course the bears AND THE ANALYST that are about to go short whether they admit it or not ( Cramer?) wouldn't want those two positives brought out.

Oh well, misery loves companies - if they are going down.
