Michael, Along the same line. I reluctantly admit that I have at times lingered on the Jerry Springer show while switching channels. There are bad relationships that goes on and on. Often 'good' people can not let go of a bad situation and move on. The same holds true for employer/employee relations. Fired employees often have a hard time moving on. Their feelings have been hurt and they have been cut off from their friends. Most of us have been there and know the feeling, but a company must be able to select the people they need...humble carl
