That is the most ridiculous statement I have ever seen on a board.... "the E&Y report is a PAID report by the company, anyone can hire E&Y to do one for them, HRCT PAYS for IR (DDInvestor among others)" All companies pay for IR, whether inside or out...Do you think someone will do it for free? As for E & Y, Of course it is paid for by HRCT/Sinobull, so is a 10K...Is it independent? If you believe that the 6th largest accounting and consulting firm in the world writing a document that will become the Sinobull prospectus is not independent and have enormous liability for their statements contained in the report...then you are an idiot..
