Thank you very much for explaining that Bob and I now realize that somebody is almost certainly driving around in my little armoured Tonka-Truck having borrowed it from my financial institution and I am not even being paid a rental fee or interest.
You can bet for sure that I am going to be demanding some payment for the rental of my Tonka-Truck after I've first had it returned [hopefully in good order and condition] to my cash account.
I suppose the SEC must far prefer none of this information had come out as a result of the WSJ promoting the idea of people moving their Globalstar shares to cash accounts. They must like shareholders fumbling around in the dark, uninformed and ignorant, which is NOT the way to have a free, fair, open and informed market in Globalstar or other stock market properties.
Thanks to all the people who have written to the WSJ explaining how they have got it wrong. Thanks to the many lawyers for their legal opinions who unanimously say that the WSJ and law enforcement people are totally wrong. Thanks to all the informed people who have contributed so much knowledge. Thanks to the people who have sent me supporting PMs and comments here.
I've gained a lot. I guess others have too.
The shorts have obviously formed their opinion of the situation and deemed it daft and continue to believe that the trend for Globalstar is towards zero value. They've had lots of time.
What a free, open, fair and informed market we now have in Globalstar stock. And we are still nearly 2 weeks away from the GGMDM. There will have been weeks for anyone who wants to to avoid taking part in the repricing of Globalstar based on shareholders repossessing their big and small Tonka-Trucks.
As I've said, I won't be trading, just to ensure nobody can accuse me of setting up some scam to gain at the expense of other shareholders, shorts, callers, putters or naked in-the-money option traders. The SEC will no doubt have by now checked me out pretty closely and checked my shares and history of ownership. They will have figured out that they are barking up the wrong tree.
Maybe they could check out that 3.5m share bought, cancelled, bought deal from last week. They might find something fishy there.
Has Carrie Lee [if that is not just her screen name] and that WSJ crowd published an apology for inducing Dweeb to wish me prison beatings while abusing me for criminality etc, etc? I guess quite a few people thought that the WSJ must know what they are on about. Maybe the WSJ simply damaged their own reputation as people now realize they are NOT a reputable news medium. The Web enables a wider view [for those, unlike Dweeb, who care to read a bit].
Carrie also seems to think that this stream is a one-man band. Well, my posts are now a smaller proportion - she obviously didn't understand how SI works = somebody comes up with something and if interesting, others join in and fill in the picture. It's synergy, not scam, Carrie!
Carrie, if you like, you could write a message in SI apologizing for your misdirected, incorrect, character-damaging and defamatory comments. It was nice to hear that you deleted the comments about my intention to hurt investors, which shows that you admit to defamatory comment in the first edition.
Carrie is a member of SI and lurks in cyberspace, looking for stories...look, there she is right now...HI CARRIE>>>COME ON DOWN TO 2D LEVEL RIGHT HERE WITH THESE PIXELATED PEOPLE AND JOIN IN WHERE PEOPLE CAN TALK TO YOU>>>>
