Dynamic Healthcare Down On Report Of Insider Selling
NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Trading in Dynamic Healthcare Technologies Inc. (DHTI) picked up Thursday after a company official registered to sell 50,000 shares of company stock, according to Chief Financial Officer Paul Glover.
Dynamic's shares fell in early trading after Federal Filings reported Philip Kneeland, vice president of operations, registered to sell 50,000 shares, Glover said.
He said that the shares recovered when investors learned from the company that Kneeland had registered to sell the shares at $8 each.
Dynamic, of Maitland, Fla., makes information systems for health-care providers.
Dynamic's Nasdaq-listed stock fell to as low as 4 1/16 before climbing back to 5 1/8, for a drop of 1/8, or 2.4%, on volume of 1.8 million shares. Average daily volume is 98,000.
