Long-gone,

I could care less what Plug & Power and GE are doing, or not doing, together. They aren't the only players in the fuel cell market.

The technology works, and the only issues are engineering reliability and sufficient sustainable power.

I'm discussing the overall technology, and have no interest in one particular company or another.
