And it isn't a ridiculous situation for a boy to be denied his father after his mother has been killed? If that father were ANY other nationality there would be no problem. Even if he were CHINESE and they are in a MUCH more repressive society than Cubans. It is simply too arbitrary and unjust to single Cuba and Cuban citizens out in this way (imo).
