LATEST THOUGHTS on NBMX... It's not a pretty sight....

It should be clear that:

+ By pricing the IFPT and NBMX stocks so low, the Market (retail investors) has spoken: it clearly Distrusts Management and wants it to go...

+ Because of the CREDIBILITY GAP, no amount of PR, no matter how Good or how Truthful (that would be the day...) will help with share price...

+ Management only controls personally a small portion of the vote and need many other parties to side with them not to lose a Proxy vote...

+ Parties who may have sided with Management in the Past could change their minds now that the writing is on the wall...

+ It would be far better for everyone concerned if they'd resign and be replaced by Professionals... For example, their personal holding AND OURS would soon be worth a lot more and they could return to the Farm to do what they do best... The sheep are anxiously waiting...

+ My impression is that, until recently, they would prefer seeing the Companies destroyed rather than step down... That too can change with adequate Pressure from the right people and the help of a Golden Parachute...

Conclusion: In my Opinion, it's only a matter of a fairly short time before Management is kicked out, as further share price declines will force the hands that hold the strings, the Financial Backers: I'd say when NBMX hits 5 cents, IFTP reaches 10 cents and the floating of Bontempi is postponed indefinitely, CRITICAL MASS for an EJECTION should have been achieved...

In the meantime, posters who think that for the good of the Companies, Management should go, please express your opinions on the Thread...

Just the Honest Opinion of an very Aggrieved Shareholder,

F. Goelo + + +
