lol I've been around a lot of ADD and autistic kids- that kind of behavior isn't out of the norm at ALL. Lots of the learning handicapped kids simply don't have the sense of appropriate social interaction that "normal" children have- in great part (accoring to some of the current thinking) because they don't pick up on non-verbal cues. I can't believe a school district would punish behavior that CLEARLY springs from a disability. Well, no- I shouldn't say I can't believe it- what I should say is that it is very sad.
