You're a fine one to talk about impropriety! People should identify themselves when requested in the spirit of civility and open debate. If they wish to decline, then they, of course, may. I wanted a candid answer from a Jew, so that's why I asked if you were a Jew. You, however, did not respond directly but went off on a sarcastic riff on my "German sounding name". That is impropriety because it was ad hominem. I just asked you if you were Jewish. That is not ad hominem. That is a request for information. Then you start responding in German. That's impropriety in my book - to start talking in a foreign language when people you know don't understand it are present. Your eccentric view of what is proper is what got you in this imbroglio in the first place. Daniel
