I guess you could even make a Wild Speculative Argument that Wall Street...In General...Doesn't want BroadBand...Because if you suddenly have....5 Million daytraders...Hittting the Market Orders...and Pounding the ECN's....on the High Flying stocks....Then That gives WallStreet A problem to deal with...It cuts in to the Brokers' gravy....With all those daytraders...Pounding the Market...and demanding better service...and better executions...at an ever increasing...faster,,, playing field...with an ever increasing....competitive,,, playing field....But this is all just WILD SPECULATION...LOL
