Well, notwithstanding your conscience, ez is correct, percents matter. So while you might feel good about voting NO, which what we will all will likely do, such vote is meaningless if we do not even stand a chance of making an impact.

Unfortunately, unless there is some support at the controlling SH level against the present buyout offer there is little we can do. I realized this position at least two years ago, and have consequently "written-off" my investment in this company. It's been dead money as its market value today is de minimus. Nevertheless, it is a shame to see it put to death in this manner. I just don't understand why ACTL is not offering any stock in this offer. I guess it feels it has done enough to bail out GATE & its SHs.
