The surpreme court blew the music industry away last year when they ruled if you get it from the Internet......no copyrights are involved and no enforcement is in place because no one "owns" the Internet.

This is why MP3 music has flourished. This ruling also marked the end of law suits against web masters who had uploaded midi files for free distribution.

The buz word is no one "owns" the internet.
