What is Short Term Strength (STS) ?

STS was defined to measure a fund's theoretical annual gain.
The STS was developed and used in our thread since 1998.

If Fund X has a STS = 2 every day for one year, then Fund X's
annual gain is 20%.

If Fund Y has a STS = 5 every day for one year, then Fund Y's
annual gain is 50%.

If Fund Z has a STS = 10 every day for one year, then Fund Z's
annual gain is 100%.

TC2000 introduced the FX parameters in February 2000. The FX
parameters are equal to 10*(STS).

FX10 = STS 1
FX20 = STS 2
FX50 = STS 5
FX100 = STS 10
