What's Tick where? If you're talking about the first dialog where you type the symbol, it will use each tick and create point and figure charts that way. Basically, if your box size is say 1 point and the reversal amount is 3, and the current column is in Xs, the next tick that is 3 points below the high of the X column will start a new column of Os, etc. Just think of a tick a just another interval. I actually don't use it -- I prefer to use 10 minute charts intraday -- look at SUNW's 10 minute chart to see what I mean. That one made me money.
