Hey Mark!

"Why do i have a notion of the smear on Tern was a campaign by professional short players to scare and intimated investors out of Tern during the heart of the correction. If these fraud charges were really true? the stock would not be reacting this way on the news as of late which hasn't been to shabby relative to its peers. I haven't read any evidence of fraud or misrepresentation in the Sec."

I think you have it absolutely right. Tern grew at significantly over 300% year over year and yet management is being sued? Again, I understand the idea behind it but the folks involved in this are behind shorting a bunch of Gilder stocks on weakness. They are all over si. I think they have been very effective during this downturn but the truth will win out. Either Tern has a huge future or it doesn't. That's what matters.

All the best, Mark

Gene
