net of the above IMO : hold for the long term, dont sweat watching the ticker tapes, and you are more than likely to have a decent ROI.

For every example like HWP -- neither gorilla nor gorilla food, as it were -- there are many others which fade into oblivion. LTB&H is great, but only if you choose well.
